  • How do I change an order before it has shipped?

Please email customer service at support@thewingstore.com and in the subject line write “CHANGE IN MY ORDER” and be sure to include your order number, first and last name and phone number. We will help you through the process of creating a new order.

  • How can I contact customer service?

Email us at support@thewingstore.com. Customer Service will respond to your email as soon as possible. We look forward to hearing from you. 

  • Is all merchandise new?

All merchandise listed on our site is new, unless a product states in the description that it is pre-owned.

  • What currency will my credit card be charged?

Note that all charges will be processed in US Dollars and may differ from the amount displayed in your local currency due to the exchange rate. This includes items purchased from boutiques and designers based outside of the United States. Please Contact your bank to learn more about currency exchange rates and fees.

  • Do you ship to international locations outside of the US?

We do not offer international shipping for now ! We will keep customers posted when there are any new updates.

  • What is the status of my order?

You will receive an order confirmation via email after your order is placed. You will then receive an email with the tracking number once the order ships. If items are shipped separately, you will receive an email with a tracking number for each shipment. Tracking numbers can also be found by logging into your account or checking our Order Status page. From there you can click the tracking number for progress of your shipment. Please note tracking numbers may take one business day to update with the shipping partner.

  • Need To Change Something On My Order, How Can I Do That ?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once the parcel is processed and sent to the post office, we will be unable to make any changes.

  • Can I Get More Information On A Product ?

We try to publish as much useful info as we can about all our products, to help you buy the things that will suit you best.

The product page for every item includes sizing, a detailed description, care instructions, and most importantly, plenty of images.

If there is any further information you feel we need to put on there to help you, just let us know what information you’d like to see and we’ll do our best to include it.

  • I’ve not received my order, what should I do?

If you have not received your order, then please contact us at support@thewingstore.com and we will work to correct the problem as soon as possible.

  • Do you restock items that are sold out?

Absolutely, we restock most of our items. If you see any items that have not been yet restocked for a long time, simply alert us by emailing us at support@thewingstore.com.
