SHIPPING POLICY

Order handling time

  • After receiving your order, it normally takes us 1 day to process your order.
  • When your orders ships, an email with tracking number will be sent to your email.
  • In case of any delay when handling your order, we will send you update via email.

Delivery time

  • US Shipping:
    • Estimated shipping time: 5-8 business days.
    • Shipping fee: $4.99
    • Please note that we do not currently ship to US military bases.
  • Internatinal Shipping: Currently we only support domestic shipping in United States

Taxes

  • We do not collect taxes on your orders.
  • We are not responsible for any duty charged or taxes by the region upon package arrival.

Shipping Delays

  • If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support team at Support@thewingstore.com.
  • We will issue a full refund for any package that takes longer than 30 days to arrive.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

  • If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:
    • Kindly check around your place as packages may be left in secure locations.
    • Contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.
    • If the issue persists, contact our customer support at Support@thewingstore.com.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • We are not responsible for packages undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
  • If you notice an error, contact us immediately at Support@thewingstore.com, however, we cannot guarantee changes can be made if your order has already shipped.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to customer refusal or multiple failed delivery attempts, goodiebagshop.com reserves the right to cancel the order and may withhold refunds.
